Although this got us a donut kick ;)

Nothing beats starting our day with coffee and donuts.

Enjoyed a whole plate of protein pumpkin donuts. As we mentioned in our video, a new recipe we have been testing everyday this week.

Donuts are starting to become a standard meal, haha

Enjoyed some parsnips fries. This time shredded them in the food processor, then baked in the oven. So good! They did not get as crispy as we hoped but still a fantastic side for dinner.

Finally getting workout groove back!

Enjoyed some perfect fit protein waffles made with blue hubbard squash.

Here is what we did:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 scoops of perfect fit protein
  • 1 cup squash (cooked)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

waffles and kefir

Topped our waffles with some goat kefir and cinnamon. Waffle cereal anyone?? haha These were perfect, hit the spot for us.
