How is everyone? How’s your weekend? Hopefully you are having a wonderful day so far. We are exhausted – mentally and physically. Here are at the ACE symposium we’ve been learning so many new things. New things to think about in terms of fitness and exercise. We’ve got a lot of new things to play around with and to incorporate in our workouts. And some new philosophies to learn more about.
One great thing about fitness and health is that you can always learn and grow to be better!

LOVED TRX!!! Definitely thinking of getting one for our home!
Enjoyed two sessions of TRX one TRX training for youth (as we would love to do more with kids one day) and TRX HIIT training with Dan McDonogh. Our favorite sessions of the event.
Seriously loved it!! We can see why TRX is such an amazing piece of equipment. We hope to maybe one day have a set of our own….future goal.
Love our TRX towel that they gave us after our sweaty HIIT workout.
ACE hosted a welcome reception on Thursday day with delicious food and drinks. YUM – sushi!
Made some flourless brownies before leaving the house to be enjoyed while we were here. Perfect sweet treat to end our nights.

Friday classes: Using strategic SMR to improve function with Justin Price –> amazing class. We learned so much! Attended Chris Freytag’s class about building your brand. Chris was so sweet and gave such valuable brand building tips! Next was another class with Phil Ross all about push-ups. Loved his technique for doing push-ups; purely fitters we will teach you what we learned! Then it was plyometrics for everyone with Jonathan Ross —> again loved this definition of plyometrics and learned some new moves.
Enjoyed a special guest speaker from Chris Frankel the mind behind the TRX movement. Both really enjoyed learning more about how TRX was born and their training techniques!!
Last day here at the ACE event we enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the room. Little business meeting over lots of coffee. Today is the last day where we plan to attend a few more classes.
We have so many ideas going through our heads from all the information we learned these past few days. Little overwhelmed as we have so much still to learn. But we are so honored that we were able to come to this event to be able to learn from some of the best fitness individuals in the field to keep up with current fitness trends and how to better coach our clients.
