Raw vegan brownie cookie dough pie recipe made from wholesome ingredients. Low in sugar. Paleo friendly. A fun dessert loved by everyone!

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 raw brownie recipe
  • 1 cookie dough dip recipe
  • For the raw brownie base:
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes (fine, almost like flour)
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 67 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Make your raw brownies. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. It is a thick batter.
  2. Spread it into 6 in – 8 in circle lined pan. We used a spring form pan, which is what we recommend as it makes getting the pie out easier.
  3. Once brownie is spread out. Make the raw cookie dough dip. Spread cookie dough on top of brownie layer.
  4. Place in fridge to set for a few hours.
  5. Remove pan from fridge and then take pie out of pan.
  6. Slice and enjoy.

Looks delicious! Cake over pies. In the battle of vanilla vs chocolate, I’m weird. I always choose vanilla ice cream but chocolate everything else. And chips over sprinkles!

I’m drooling over all your recipes. I can’t wait to try them! I’m a bit of a chocolate fiend myself. I’ve got a recipe for no-bake chocolate treats that is a neighborhood hit.

Can I omit the butter or use something else to relpace it?

purelytwins December 20, 2013 - 3:50 pm

the butter in the raw cookie dough layer? is that what you are talking about? if so – you can do a cup cashews total and omit the coconut butter; or you can try another nut butter to replace the coconut butter.
