time to Soli Beat

Hello luvs,

Are you guys ready to see us shake it?

soli beat dance dvd review

We received this DVD, and cute skirt,  in the mail last week from our dear friend Gina.

We knew Gina is a very talented dancer, so we knew that this dvd was going to be fun! We mean how could dancing not been fun, right?  But we must admit… we were a little nervous and intimated about this Soli Beat DANCE dvd as we are not very good a dancing.

But we love to try new things!! So  it was time to Soli Beat :)

We put the dvd in and were immediately drawn in.

You could feel the love and energy pouring through the screen of these amazing girls. Both of them are very talented and inspiring to watch.

They made us laugh –> always important when working out.

They made us feel like we could do it –> even more important!

They made us want to go wild and crazy –> hell ya!

Dancing is something we have always wanted to get into…just scared. As we knew we were not good. It can be hard to do something when you know you will look silly.

But Gina and Sasha carried us through.

They made us want to keep going. Keep shaking it…even if we looked silly.

We could not stop smiling the whole time we tried out some of their routines. Seriously so much fun! We just let loose and danced it out.

Although we must admit we are going to need a lot of practice, haha. We don’t look as gracefully as Gina and Sasha.

Man can those girls move their hips.

soli beat dance dvd review

We had so much fun dancing, and with this Soli Beat dance dvd we can practice anytime we want in the private of our homes. That is key for us ;)

Soli Beat was really easy to follow along as they provide tutorials on the routines and the moves. So when you get to the actual routine you know what to do.

We own several home workout dvd’s and a few dancing based ones… Soli Beat is one of the best.

Soli Beat is energetic, captivating, and most of all gets you moving!

We find Soli Beat to be perfect for all fitness levels.  You can watch the intros to each style of workout as much as you like until you feel comfortable with the final dance segment. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Each routine you can go at your pace, stop if needed, or keep up the girls for a great cardio effect. The vibe and lighting make the dvd exciting and simple to watch. A really great dancing dvd for those looking to jazz up their workouts.

We love to try new things in our fitness routine and this was perfect. Something a little different and out of our comfort zone to make us stronger in other aspects of fitness. When doing these routines you even kinda forget that you are working out. You’re having so much fun.

If you are looking for something extremely engaging, high energy and FUN then Soli Beat is what you need. Perfect for moving the body when you don’t feel like doing anything. The music and dancing will get you feeling good quickly.  Definitely going to be mixing this dance dvd into our daily workouts.

Gina we are so proud of you!! The DVD is amazing. We know how hard it is to create videos. All the hard work you two put into this shows through ;)

  1. I’m a terrible dancer, but every time I’ve gone to a Zumba class, I absolutely love it. I’m sure I’d love this DVD too!

I absolutely love dancing. I find it works the body in a completely different way than I’m used to in my workouts (particularly ballet-based). I’ve taken a bunch of different style classes in my life, as I started dance at a young age… Ballet, jazz, modern, pointe, lyrical, tap, and west coast swing. Sometimes I will even try a twerking tutorial on YouTube for fun ;) I am actually going to a place to swing dance later this week, after a few years of not dancing. Wish me luck that I don’t make a complete fool of myself! Haha

  3. That is awesome that you tried it out! I obv love to dance, so this is fun to read about!

  4. I am a terrible dancer, but I still find dance DVDs fun… if they’re easy enough to follow, that is. I think this one would be extra fun with the skirt though. ;)

I absolutely love dancing, mainly salsa, bachata and my new love kizomba, (a type of Angolan tango) look it up on YouTube! i do enjoy Zumba, but think I get a better work out from HIIT style stuff. .

I like the look of the DVD, think my girls and I would love to have a go in the living room with outfits to match no less, but what I do love is the look of intense concentration & enjoyment in your faces as you follow it!

    X ace girls!

thank you so much for the amazing review! wish we could have danced together :)
    miss you girls!!

  7. zumba is the one thing i just refuse to try. it just looks so ridiculous to me that i won’t do it. it looks like someone is trying to shimmy out a turd or something lol! to each their own though! i guess the most important part is that movement is exactly that…movement! that’s where fitness begins :) i like just organically dancing to whatever esp EDMX!
