With the success from our Purely Power program we decided to continue on with our home workout program. Thank you for everyone who emailed us with questions and interest in our program.
We are deeply honored and SUPER excited to start this NEW Purely Inspire series, starting October 1. Since it is getting closer to the Holiday season the focus for this 3 month series is about inspiring others and inspiring yourself to be the best you can be!
Purely Fit Life home workout program provides you with a detailed weekly workout plan, which we provide daily workout videos so you can sweat it out with us. We will push you to bring you results.
We fuse a combination of techniques to help speed up fat and weight loss and build up your strength. All these workouts can be done at home (or at a gym if you would like). Not only do we provide workouts , we provide healthy living recommendations from diet to overall lifestyle. When you signup, you receive an updated grocery lists and meal ideas for this program. Plus we share our 6 TIPS TO JUMP START YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS JOURNEY.
Our workouts are tough, but attainable and you will be able to change your body quickly.
We are offering two rates – a monthly and 3 month payment option. You can join at any time.
And the REALLY exciting news is that we created a MEMBER SITE for everyone who signs-up. All members have exclusive access to:

But, in fact, you don’t even need to be smitten with these two women to have very good reason to sign up to their fitness programme (or program, as you spell it across the pond). All you need is to have the desire to be fitter, stronger, more toned and empowered. How about that?
I’ve gone through plenty of phases with fitness: stints at assorted gyms, working out to DVDs, running outside … all were good, all helped – a bit. For a while. But you know what? I’ve never noticed as much difference in so short a time while doing what are really pretty short workouts. I’ve never been so consistent in working out so regularly. And I’ve never felt so supported while doing it. All these things are what you get with the help of these wonderful ladies, and these are all exactly the things you need to get the results you want.
And what are those results? Well, I confess I’m not great at monitoring numbers (not that Lori and Michelle encourage you to constantly step on the scale – quite the opposite, and it’s another point in their favour!), but I can tell you that I am stronger, I can lift heavier, I have better endurance, I can notice increased muscle tone and I feel better in my clothes. I feel better, full stop! (Sorry, American friends: I mean I feel better, period!). There may be moments during some particularly intense workouts where you come close to cursing the whole thing and swearing never to do another burpee in your life, but the endless encouragement and promise of the final endorphin rush – and other results – see you through and make it all worth it.
And let’s not forget it’s not all about how our bodies look. Oh, you’ll get results there: don’t worry. But we’re not solely our bodies. I may be very close to feeling proud to be in mine now (which is a massive change; I can’t tell you), but I’m also just proud to have stuck with it all, to feel good and strong and happier day by day, and to honour myself for what I’m finding I can achieve. Well, the twins helped me do that.
The workouts are short, effective and fun (y’know, mostly ). What more can you ask for? I am so, so happy I decided to work out with Lori and Michelle. Compared to their nigh-on superhuman and occasionally intimidating strength and endurance, I was a real beginner when I signed up, no doubt. But I’m not anymore. So if you are one, don’t be put off. You can do it! They’ll make sure of it.”
