Today we are sharing a fun new recipe that we created a few weeks ago. Well this recipe is not really new, we have made “variations” of it many times, just enjoyed it in a new way.
Single serving raw vegan no sugar chocolate fudge recipe.
This recipe only contains 3 main ingredients and hits that pure rich chocolate craving π
Because anything with chocolate is yummy, right? Thought so!
And the great thing about this new recipe is that really takes about 2 minutes to make! A perfect single serving recipe that will leave you feeling a little naughty as you lick your fingers clean satisfied and happy.
Enjoy the video of how to make this 2 minute chocolate fudge recipe.
Now go make this quick and healthy raw vegan NO SUGAR chocolate fudge!
Printunder 2 minute single serving chocolate fudge recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao (cocoa would be fine)
- 1 tablespoon raw coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- few drops of stevia (or can do a little honey or maple syrup)
- *may add in a little vanilla if desired to really give more depth in this fudge
Instructions
- In a small, but deep bowl place raw cacao powder.
- Next add in sweetness of choice. And vanilla if using it.
- Next add in coconut oil.
- End with stirring in the water.
mmm, we seem to find an excuse to make this all the time.

Ohhhh this looks so good! I made up a mug cake last night and this would’ve been perfect to top it with. I guess I’ll have to make another mug cake…
haha yep π
I’m all about the quick recipes! Especially when they contain chocolate!
us too Lisa!
does this harden by itself? or is it more like a pudding? do you bake it? refrigerate? i realize that you may have explained this in the video…but i am currently unable to view the video…
it gets hard when you place in fridge or even the freezer, it will be pudding like if you left it at room temperature. we prefer it cold
Hi! Video is not working so I apologize if the answer is there but how long did you put in the freezer? Can’t wait to try this!!!!
we actually set ours in the fridge for a few minutes, until it is firm to the touch. you can put in freezer to make it set faster π
You guys are rock stars….thank you!
This looks amazing, can’t wait to try it. Living alone means these single serving desserts are perfect since I don’t end up eating a whole batch of cookies! π
Think I have to make this tonight. And tomorrow. And every day.
us too π
YUM! I will never resist chocolate. This looks so easy too!
I’m gonna have to make this tonight. I might just add mint to mine π
Mmmm I used to make fudge like this when I was a vegan and needed a chocolate fix! I loooove how melty and delicious it is!
looooove fudge and feel like i’ve been pms’ing for a while now haha.i’m super late this month?! eek. anyhow, i don’t have stevia but i do have some blackstrap molasses…that should make for an interesting combo! i like to press these in parchment and put them in the freezer for chocolate ‘bark’ π
oh yum that sounds like a great option!
I’m pretty sure I’ll be making this all the time now! Maybe with some cinnamon and cayenne to make it Mexican chocolate (my addiction).
Laura yum, enjoy π

I admire your blog and fabulous recipes! I made this last night and it was too strong of a chocolate flavor for me even though I love it in baked goods. I will feed it to my dark chocolate loving father. π Thanks for sharing!
