eats and moves of the past week

Good Morning luvs!

We cannot believe another week is already coming to an end.  We have a busy week coming up as we are both going to be traveling with Raw Threads.

Enjoyed some planking and yoga this past week. Yoga is something that we are motivated to do, not quite habit yet. Hopefully over time it will!

burpee challenge

Who the hell invented burpees?? haha

Hope our purely fitters still love us after doing 100 burpees this past week.

Breakfast – something new we are enjoying! We will share more about it soon.

favorite lunch

Lunch – loving local grass-fed beef with rice and dulse. And we were out of plantains, so a banana was the next best replacement haha.

favorite drink

Homemade Kombucha. Love this stuff.

favorite dinner

This past week we enjoyed eggs as our dinner and have been loving it! This one pictured above we enjoyed eggs with arugula, runny egg yolk, plantain and coconut oil.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend. We are busy working  on our cookbook that we keep talking about; we will get it done! Although having some computer problems so a trip to the apple store is due today. Hopefully nothing too bad.

Twins Question: What was your favorite meal this past week? Do any fun, crazy workouts?

Hi! How often do you incorporate planks into your weekly workouts? What would you recommend, are they something you should do daily or just couple times a week? would love your input on them as I am trying to build core strength! Thanks Tam x
