Good Morning luvs!
Enjoyed some planking and yoga this past week. Yoga is something that we are motivated to do, not quite habit yet. Hopefully over time it will!
Who the hell invented burpees?? haha
Hope our purely fitters still love us after doing 100 burpees this past week.
Our top meals of the past week:
Breakfast – something new we are enjoying! We will share more about it soon.
Lunch – loving local grass-fed beef with rice and dulse. And we were out of plantains, so a banana was the next best replacement haha.
Homemade Kombucha. Love this stuff.
This past week we enjoyed eggs as our dinner and have been loving it! This one pictured above we enjoyed eggs with arugula, runny egg yolk, plantain and coconut oil.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend. We are busy working on our cookbook that we keep talking about; we will get it done! Although having some computer problems so a trip to the apple store is due today. Hopefully nothing too bad.
