Today’s Move-it-Monday is a FUN one, seriously Yes workouts can be fun. Actually well they should be fun.
Working out should be something you look forward to…get excited about breaking a sweat.
And this 16 minute tabata workout will leave you sweating! This workout features one of our favorite fitness equipment, equalizer!

Here is the workout breakdown:

- A-fits (advanced peeps) : Use equalizer if you have one. Get as many reps as you can in the 20 sec.
- B-fits (beginner peeps): Go at your own pace. Do push-ups on your knees. Step feet forward and back for the mountain climbers instead of running the feet back and forth.
