Here is what we’ve been eating this past week and our workout highlights.
Both of us have been working really hard in our Purely Power home workout program. Just finishing up our 3rd week! So happy to hear from all that have joined how much you are liking the program Keep those check-ins coming!! We are thinking offering a monthly rate that those who want to join at anytime since the first month is just about over.
Be determined with each workout!
Remember to never stop. Don’t give up! If you keep working hard… you will reach your goals! Change and progress happen over time.
A few highlight of our eats. We are somewhat still eating the same foods we have been for awhile now. Slowly figuring out what foods our bodies like best. Lots of trial and error here.
Coffee with figs.
As you can see from some of our first meal of the day pictures (from above) we are still enjoying our fruit-free green juice along with a serving of fruit along with perfect fit protein and coconut oil. And of course some coffee with some snacks of figs. Yesterday we made our protein english muffin – it has been awhile. We forgot how yummy they are.
Yesterday we enjoyed a little extra coffee with a new donut recipe. YUM!
Our other eats have been pretty much the same as well with lots of plantains of course!
Salmon with greens, avocado, plantains, black lava sea salt and coconut oil.

Yes a random mix of food here at this meal. But we are like that sometimes. It was a mix of some sweet and savory.
Simple meal of turkey burger with tahini and some greens.
Avocado, spiralized zucchini, coconut oil, and grass-fed lamb burger.

Last night we enjoyed some raw spinach and spiralized zucchini, with avocado, black lava sea salt, coconut oil, and grass-fed buffalo burger. Oh and a random donut (leftover from a recipe experiment).
How are we doing?
We are both doing well. Our healing journey is continuing. Lori still working on her PCOS and hormonal acne; Michelle has very few breakouts but still suffers from time to time. Michelle still working on healing her eczema and KP (ketosis pilaris); Lori has very little of both of these conditions. We mainly go through periods where we think these symptoms are getting better but then boom – we go through a rough patch.
Our digestion feels amazing. Both still have good bowel movements. Both still working on increasing our body temperature to help with metabolism. Our moods and emotions are good. We have less mood swings and usually have feel-good happy feelings.
Not sure what is ahead for us but we are just focusing on one day at a time. We have a few new things we are experimenting with in terms of supplements and lotions and oils on our bodies; once we find anything worth sharing we will. Thanks as always for the love and support!! xoxo
