Finally the rain has slowed down over here! And we are super excited today because we have a special guest coming to visit us! Needless to say — we’re excited!
Here is what we have been up to lately. Some highlights for ya.
Monday’s #purelyfitlife power program workout was doing our 12 minute ab routine.
Keep working hard our purely power fitters!! You guys are doing great! We are so proud!
Each day focus on your goals! We all have different goals and different ways of getting there but if you keep consistent and stay focused you will get there! And everyone in our purely power program – remember that! Our fitness results did not happen quickly, it took a lot of time and dedication. Believe in yourself!
Keep working hard with each workout. We are here cheering you on!
And with each workout make sure to give it all YOU got! With each workout tell yourself YOU can do it and go after it 110%!
Tuesday workout was some planking along with a 10 minute leg workout from our purely power program. Love doing deadlifts!
Keeping our food simple and real over here as much as possible as we are still healing our guts.
What do you put on your banana? We love coconut oil.

Twin breakfast. Tuesday morning we felt like pancakes. So that is what we did. Made some perfect fit protein chia pancakes with banana and topped with coconut oil.
Grass-fed burger with plantains and coconut oil.
Lamb burger with brussel sprouts, dulse flakes and coconut oil.
More burger love with plantains. What can we say an easy go-to meal for us.
Always have some baked plantains laying around.
Enjoyed a turkey burger with rice, avocado, greens and sea salt one night. YUM.
Last night we enjoyed some salmon with greens, avocado and plantain fries. All our favorites!
Enjoyed some sunny weather with Jax.
Love our daily family walks.
Been making marshmallows all the time here too!
We forgot how easy and yummy they can be. We have done some stevia based marshmallows and some with maple syrup.
We also filmed a video the other day of us making our marshmallows, we hope to have that up next week 🙂
