Are you ready for another home workout? Since we had great feedback about our sliding workout, we decided to do another one but slightly different!
12 reps Full body time challenge purely fit life workout
You will need a towel and some free weights for this full body workout.
This 12 rep full body workout is a low impact workout, great for all fitness levels especially beginners.
We used weights to add in more resistance to the workout for more of a challenge. The workout is a time challenge, so try to move through the moves as fast as you can, but of course always keep good form! Record your time so next time you do the workout you can see if you did it faster.

- A-fits (advanced peeps) : use weights that challenge you – try to do 8-10 lbs (or more). Push yourself, limit your breaks.
- B-fits (beginner peeps): use your body weight and go at your own pace. Take breaks when needed.
This is a great workout that works the FULL body leaving you feeling strong! Another great workout to clean your floors 🙂
