  5. I love Tabata workouts!
I just did a Tabata Boot Camp workout with my group this morning and will use it again with tomorrow’s group (different people). It was a fun way to get everyone to push a little harder because you can do anything for 20 seconds, right?

  9. Great workout, ladies! I really enjoyed it. I only did one round of Mountain Climbers because I sit a majority of the day at my job, so my hip flexors are over-developed. Instead, I did pull-ups on my Lebert; I really need to balance my back to my core.

I did this two nights ago and I’m still so sore! What do the two of you do when you have a lot of residual soreness? Do you take time off and have active rest days, or do you try to get in a workout?

      glad you liked the workout!!!
and yes we need to do more back work as well!! HUGS

  10. Loved the workout! Short, but challenging (i like short. haha)! I LOVE how you guys offer encouragement and motivation other than “keep going….you want to fit into that bikini, don’t you?!” I don’t find those kind of “motivations” encouraging….they’re just annoying and kind of degrading. But I love how you guys encourage us along the way. I appreciate your approach!

  14. Hey Michelle and Lori!

I’ve been doing Tabata for a while now, but have never done more than the traditional 4 minute workout.. It seriously nearly did me in in the beginning, but I stuck with it and now do it 3 times a week, varying the exercises. The scope for variety is one of the things I like most about Tabata. Also the quick results it delivers in terms of increased fitness, strength and stamina.
    .
I recently put a post on my blog that contains some suggested exercises that can be modified to suit newbies. I will post a link to it in case any of your readers are looking for additional exercise ideas. Having said that, there are plenty here to choose from. (If posting the link is not cool with you, feel free to remove it.) http://www.bestwomensworkoutreviews.com/top-10-tabata-exercises-for-beginners.

I’m going to give your 20 minute Tabata Workout a try. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Cheers,

    Melissa
