Recipe for dairy-free creamy kombucha cocktail. A gut friendly drink.
You know that we love our kombucha.
We were thinking yesterday that we wanted to make something new and fun using kombucha. We were picturing something simple and creamy.
We have a ton of cashews on hand so we thought of blending cashews with kombucha to see what it would do.
A simple idea, really, that someone else might have already thought of it before. We experimented with doing it – it worked! Cashews are perfect for making anything creamy and yummy.
Really just have fun with this recipe. Add more or less kombucha until you like the consistency and flavor. We just liked the idea of enjoying our kombucha differently.
How we make creamy kombucha cocktail with cashews.
We left this recipe ‘virgin’ but you could always spice it up a little with some of your favorite liquor or something. In the cocktail we used ginger flavored kombucha, but you could use any flavor that is your favorite. We just LOVE the ginger one so that is what we used in the recipe.
*Note: what flavor kombucha you use might alter the flavor.
