We all have those days when we say, “I just have no time to workout.”
Purelyfitlife #11 is the perfect workout to do when you are short on time or when you hear yourself say you have no time.
We believe moving the body a little everyday is important. It does not always have to be a wild and crazy workout, just a little something.
In this home workout we really want you to challenge yourself since it is short. Use heavier weights. Move a little quicker.
Remember you can do it.

- A-fits (advanced peeps) : use weights that challenge you – try to do 10 lbs or more
- B-fits (beginner peeps): use a little weight. Slowly increase the weights from 3 -5 -8 lbs.
