We believe moving the body a little everyday is important. It does not always have to be a wild and crazy workout, just a little something.

In this home workout we really want you to challenge yourself since it is short. Use heavier weights. Move a little quicker.

We suggest:

  • A-fits (advanced peeps) : use weights that challenge you – try to do 10 lbs or more
  • B-fits (beginner peeps): use a little weight. Slowly increase the weights from 3 -5 -8 lbs.

  5. Any form of push ups definitely amps up any workout! Push ups are my weakness so I know I need the challenge 🙂 Great workout and it goes by super fast!
