A lot of you requested a longer workout, so today’s workout will take you under 20 minutes to complete. We are sharing #purelyfitlife workout #8! This workout can be done anywhere and no special equipment needed for it.
A full body workout where you will use your own body weight as resistance. There are some plyometric moves that will help you work on speed and agility.
We love doing interval workouts like this one that require you to use your whole body. This workout is great for increasing ability to focus, helps fine tune those trouble spots and builds confidence and strength in yourself.

All you need is your Gymboss Interval Timer, a yoga mat and yourself for this at home workout.
