Thank you for all the prayers and kind words. Yesterday was all about family time, which also meant lots of play time in the kitchen. Whenever Lori and I are together the family knows we always make a MESS as we are cooking up something.
We both took the weekend off from working out and just embraced life. Every breathe was a prayer to God. We are taking one day at time.
Coffee and bananas to start the day.
We ran out of some baking ingredients, so headed up to the local health food store and picked up a coconut water.
Before baking, we enjoyed some eggs scrambled with leftover fish (cod and salmon), sauerkraut, brussel sprouts, and coconut oil.
We had 2 failure recipes on Saturday, and so far yesterday’s were slowly looking better.
Took a break from eating cupcakes and enjoyed kale chips! It has been MONTHS since we had some, so good!
We are trying out a new probiotic –Ultimate Flora. The lovely people at Renew Life sent us some to review. We have shared our favorite brands of probiotic before, so excited to try these out. We know these two girls love them.

Recipe getting closer!!
We did it! We think we have the recipe for an egg-free protein low sugar cupcake!
After eating this one we both said we are tired of eating cupcakes!! haha never thought we would say that
Dinner with the family! We enjoyed a plate of raw spiralized zucchini with grilled peppers, sauerkraut, avocado and scallops topped with coconut oil. We also enjoyed a few glasses of wine with our dinner.
After more play time with our niece it was time for dessert.
Egg-free protein cookie dough cupcakes with cashew frosting!
Before bed we enjoyed the last few cupcakes with chocolate coconut oil sauce on top. YUM!
We promise we are sharing this recipe, we have to make more cupcakes as we ate them all 😉 oh darn
