We have a full body –> bodyweight workout for you.

It is a time challenge workout that requires no special equipment making it a fantastic workout for beginners and for traveling.  Really this workout is great for anyone.

 If a toned physique is your goal, here is a great at home workout to help you reach that sculpted muscles you desire.

If you’re getting to the point where you find yourself sticking with the same routine, you might be getting bored.  Try this pyramid routine to help avoid this from happening. We love doing different workouts often as it keeps our bodies guessing and keeps the workouts FUN!

This workout is great for anyone, beginners and advanced.

  • A-fits (advanced peeps) : keep great form but try to go as fast as you can
  • B-fits (beginner peeps): practice on keeping good form and taking breaks when needed

Remember to push yourself as it is time challenge workout and record your score to see in a few weeks if you can beat your score (as well as beating our score).
