Later it was eggs, arugula, sweet potatoes, sardines, ghee and sauerkraut.

Mid-afternoon was matcha green tea time along with some perfect fit protein chia seeds and coconut oil. A favorite.
Dinner was zucchini, butter lettuce, half avocado, homemade beef liver meatballs, sauerkraut and parsnip fries.
Dessert was another egg-free protein cupcake with a little chocolate sauce on top. (still working on this recipe, getting closer)
Egg scramble with a full yam, sauerkraut, sardine, salmon, ghee, arugula and coconut oil.
I must admit I think my body does better with fruit than sweet potato/yams. Just a little side note, nothing I am worrying about.
I was hungry but had no real appetite so made up a perfect fit chia mush – 1 scoop perfect fit, 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp coconut oil.
Baking normally helps me de-stress, but since the recipe was not a success it did not do the trick. But that is okay as I made up some cashew frosting and that helped!
Love licking the blender clean! I do plan on practicing another cupcake recipe today (Saturday). Hopefully it turns out better.
I still did not have much of an appetite so kept dinner simple – spiralized zucchini, beets, beef liver meatballs, avocado, sauerkraut and coconut oil. I enjoyed 2 glasses of wine with my dinner.
Dessert was cupcake with enjoy life chocolate chips!
Things happen in life. Good and bad. Expected and unexpected.
We just have to do our best to be as prepared as we can but to also have faith.
Enjoy life each day. Spend time with loved ones. Do what you love to do… and do it often.
**We are going through a moment in life where a situation was expected to happen but still difficult mentally. Our grandmother is not doing very well. Lori is currently flying down to Florida to be with family during this time. We are keeping our faith and spending time with loved ones.
