Yesterday we did Jump your heart out workout from the amazing Tone it Up girls.
Even though we do have jump ropes, we still seem to jump rope without using it. Great workout. We love to jump rope (even without the rope).

After my morning supplements and cod liver oil (which I am taking every other day now) it was time for juice. My juice yesterday made a good 20 oz worth. Same juice every morning, just amount varies depending on how large the apple or romaine head is. So satisfying.
Little bit later came back to snack on a banana with my coffee.
Lunch was some saute arugula with 2 eggs, some cod and steamed beets with coconut oil.
Later afternoon snack along with matcha green tea was hemp protein english muffins topped with coconut oil and cacao nibs. The addition of cacao nibs just gave it a little something special.
Even though Spring is in full bloom (with all the lovely pollen everywhere my seasonal allergies are going crazy) Gary and I are still enjoying our dinners outside. I enjoyed grilled mahi mahi, a few brussel sprouts, parsnips fries, little butter lettuce and half avocado. Topped with coconut oil. Along side a favorite of ours — kombucha cocktail ( some kombucha with vodka).

Next up was eggs (cooked in a little ghee) mixed with lettuce, beets and cod topped with coconut oil. Loved how the beets turned everything red.
I was busy working that I did not realize how much time had passed that I was starving, so made my next meal was a little bigger with the addition of cod. I really enjoyed having some additional protein mixed in with my usual egg salad meal, which I know I have mentioned before. I felt great after eating this, better than yesterday’s lunch. So starting to see my body needs a good balance of everything at each meal.

Ended my day with another great meal – salmon with arugula, brussel sprouts, coconut oil and the best parts –parsnip fries and more tahini!
I have not given an health update in some time. Michelle and I have been keeping track with each other about how we are doing as we have really stopped sharing every detail on the blog. Basically we are both still struggling a little with our skin. My face acne is somewhat controllable now (meaning I tend to get a few pimples here and there). And my back/shoulder acne is doing alright, there are days were I feel it is getting better. Just healing really really slowly.
And for Michelle, she is still struggling with red patchy itchy skin on her legs and red bumps on her arms. Both of us suffer from seasonal outdoor allergies (which I know most people do). But on the POSITIVE side we are having continued success in the bathroom the past few days! Which is huge for Michelle.
A new supplement I have started taking again (thanks to many reader recommendations) is Vitex! I have taken this before, but realized I never gave it enough time. Based on my latest research it takes many months. I do feel hormones and stress are my biggest things I am battling, so I am taking steps to heal those!
