Happy Saturday friends!
Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend so far! We had a close friend stop by yesterday that we got to hang out with all evening. We went for sushi dinner and watched a movie with some wine. Perfect Friday night! Then this morning after a lovely yoga session (more on that below) we have a busy day planned for today. Editing a bunch of food photos and new videos!! Plus taking Jax to the park today for his routine of going for an hour walk, which today should be a great day for getting outside! After going to the park, we have a fun evening planned – girls night – we are going out with a group of our girlfriends here in Charlotte. We are excited for today’s happenings, all should be a great time.

Monday- day off
Tuesday - practiced our new plank full body workout
Wednesday – practiced new plank full body workout plus did the tone it up holiday hottie leg workout
Thursday – new plank workout plus tone it up arm routine
Friday – Tara Stiles yoga 15 minutes of Relaxed Easygoing Flow
Saturday (today) – Tara Stiles yoga (20 minute strength and flexibility flow) plus going for a hour walk/hike
Sunday- new plank workout plus another long walk
Plus we signed up for the Disney Princess half marathon last week. We are excited to do it, as it has been a long time since we have done a race.
And for fun… we actually get this question a lot – do we drink the cultures in our kombucha?

Life does not always go as we planned or wished for, but life is worth it all. This past week we have been really focusing on going with the flow of life. Doing what is presented to us each day without stressing over the little things. Flowing through life as it is unfolded to us the best we can.
