Finding Me Series

I am starting a new series here about finding yourself.

I will be calling it “Finding Me”

My sister got me an amazing book that is kinda like a journal too.

I feel in love with it as  soon as I started going through the book on my flight back to the east coast when I was out west.

I cannot even describe how I felt when I skimmed through it.

Peace. Contentment. Free. Excited. Scared. Ready.

It was funny because before my sister gave me the book a few weeks ago, I had already bought O Magazine’s August issue where it had a series on “How well do you know yourself”

Perfect timing as I am in the middle of a career change.  Well actually going through a few changes.

I hope you all enjoy my little series. I am still not really sure how it is going to roll out. But I hope to share what the book is teaching me so that it may help you find yourself!

It can be a little self learning journey we all can go on.

more to come, thoughts?

Have you ever done something that helped find YOU? Do you like re-discovering or finding yourself?

xoxo

Michelle

  2. Wasn’t the article in Oprah Magazine pretty good? I read that, too. I liked all the different questions and quizzes that made me reflect on all sorts of different aspects of myself.

I can definitely relate to this right now and am excited for this series! I have always found that breaking out of my comfort zone helps me to find myself – doing things that scare me, travelling, making changes…

    Excited to share our adventures!

I think this would be such a nice series to add to your already great blog! I am struggling with the idea of a career change and trying to figure out how to achieve my own goals when I feel I am being pushed in a direction towards dreams that are not my own. I really do think this would be a great topic!
