Also, the weather is really starting to get chilly. Think summer is finally gone and fall is here which is our favorite time of the year!

Speaking of time to refocus and to start something new to get the week started with a bang…we got a brand new plank workout for you!

We have been doing planks since January/Feb 2012, we started at 2 minutes and worked our way up to 5 minutes by April for Lori’s wedding. We challenged ourselves with another 5 minute plank workout, now we are challenging ouselves more.
There is no denying how much we enjoy planks on a daily basis.
