Happy Sunday everyone.

Thank you all for understanding about our crazy life right now!

And glad everyone is enjoying our cookie cake like pancakes.

This morning we enjoyed our coffee outside on the deck, the weather was perfect. A little cool. Almost felt like FALL!

We thought we would share some things that we are loving from the blog world -

A HUGE CONGRATS to our dear friend Gillian on her marriage!!!  G – we are both so happy for John and you!

Happy birthday to more dear friends Teri and Katie!

We look forward in making this loaf cake recipe, but gluten free.

Check out these all time favorite fitness tips! Amazing group of ladies that we are honored to be included!!  And while there check out these chocolate protein bars, mmmm, these sound perfect!

And we want some of these chocolate chip cookies!

We both look forward to working out again come Monday, and this glute workout sounds great way to start the week.

Love these ruffle skirts.

And sure wish we had these mint chocolate pancakes for breakfast this morning to go with our coffee.

And for lunch we just finished enjoying a veggie filled quiche.

Basically we took our sweet potato spinach and artichoke tomato quiche, and threw in some other veggies we had from leftovers (peppers, onions, mushrooms). Baked it in a casserole dish for about 45 minutes.

Perfect lunch to fuel us to finish the fence!! That is our goal today. To have it completely done.

What are you enjoying today? Anything sparked your interest today or this past week?

till next time,

Lori and Michelle

I’d like some of those chocolate chips cookies too, but alas, a certain someone ate what was left this morning for breakfast, and that someone was NOT me. :( Oh well, they were easy to make. I’d also like some of your quiche. Love how you just threw everything into a dish and baked it. My kind of lunch! Good luck with the fence. It will get finished today. :)

I have to ask, do y’all have a gingerbread recipie. I’m totally addicted to it – and I love the one in Nourishing Traditions – but I need a gluten free one. Any chances you might try your hand at that?
