It has been forever since we recapped our workouts.

So here we go.

Monday we did #ZWOW 28 – 10 minute workout. Plus started with our 5 minute plank workout, 3 minute bridge, and pullups.

Tuesday we did a quick 10 minute cardio routine

Wednesday – 5 minute plank, 3 minute bridge, pullups, pushups followed by ToneItUp Twist and shout routine

  2. I’m so jealous…I haven’t been able to do any dynamic workouts like the ZWOWs since I injured my ankle…I’m working on building up my plank (2 mins!), but every time I see a new ZWOW, my inner burpee-lover sheds a tear…

  4. Zwow is the best! I think 26 is my favorite WOW. I love the side burpees, so hard, but I know they’re working!
    What is a suicide shuffle?

    1. Audrey it is something we did when we did Insanity, but something like this Just shuffle back and forth as fast as you can.

  5. Yepp, I do my 5 min plank workouts every day except wednesdays and sundays. its seriously the best thing to do before the rest of my workout!
