Tuesday we did a quick 10 minute cardio routine

  2. I’m so jealous…I haven’t been able to do any dynamic workouts like the ZWOWs since I injured my ankle…I’m working on building up my plank (2 mins!), but every time I see a new ZWOW, my inner burpee-lover sheds a tear…

Zwow is the best! I think 26 is my favorite WOW. I love the side burpees, so hard, but I know they’re working!
