10 minute cardio workout routine

It has been forever since we recapped our workouts.

So here we go.

Monday we did #ZWOW 28 – 10 minute workout. Plus started with our 5 minute plank workout, 3 minute bridge, and pullups.

Tuesday we did a quick 10 minute cardio routine

Wednesday – 5 minute plank, 3 minute bridge, pullups, pushups followed by ToneItUp Twist and shout routine
