We have received a lot of emails and facebook messages for more of our thoughts on fruit, fat, protein, etc?
First, sorry we have not written some of you back, we will soon!!!
Second, we hope to share more of our thoughts about macronutrients and diet over time. As you all know our diet is always changing, mainly with the seasons But do feel there are some basic things for everyone to follow. More on that soon.
