We did want to mention that we are thinking and praying for everyone affected by the shooting in Colorado. So sad.
Lori and I both have been getting our workouts in!
And Mom is still working out with me. We have missed just two days this week walking outside due to rain and doctor appointments. But the other days we have been getting a 30 minute walk in. Our booty call as the TIU girls call it!
After our walk we do our plank-bridge combo, although changed up the interval a little as mom said she needs more time to get into the next move. So now I set my Gymboss Interval Timer to 8 intervals of 10/30 seconds. 10 seconds is just enough time to go in between moves. Mom said she has been feeling her core! YES!!!
Yesterday we decided to do a ZWOW!! It has been weeks since we have done one and felt #26 looked like a great one to do.
AND I GOT MOM TO DO ONE ROUND WITH ME!! I modified the moves for her, but she did it! At her own pace. I was so proud!! One day at a time and I will get my mom to love working out.
