Finally Our First Socca Video

Hello luvs,

This video is way overdo ;)

Well ever since we began making socca last April/May you could say socca has taken over our lives.

We love how easy it is. And now love how we can make our beloved flatbread with other great legumes.

Even love to make fun flavors with it and different shapes. Gosh, that is not even all of the recipes we have made, plus have many ideas….which we are working on a socca cookbook!!!

So here is Lori showing you all how we made one of our very first basic socca recipes.

Part 1

Part 2

Enjoy!

Perfect to the last bite!

Now go make yourself some warm, delicious socca!

Here is the pan we used in the video.

Till next time,

Pure2raw Twins

  1. Love the video! ;) The first time I had socca was on our cycling trip through Tuscany. I loved it! I have yet to find garbanzo bean flour, but I’m hoping to soon so I can make it at home! I had no idea something that tasted so good was so easy to make!

  2. Great videos! Socca is addicting for sure—great on the cookbook!

  3. Cute video! Love it :D I’ve never had socca, and my last attempt I ground my own and it came out kind of lumpy. I’m getting my chickpea/garbanzo bean flour sometime this week so I’m so excited to try it for real this time!

I love the videos!! I also like socca a lot! I use a skilled that can go in the oven for that and also works great.
Sometimes I also like to make then thinner and crispy, it is so delicious. I am with you guys, socca is truly good.
When I first learned to make it (a couple years ago) we also could not get enough around here!

Hello, I love your site, just found it on body rock tv. under the chia mint recipe. I have a question, can you make it on the stove, I don’t have an oven. I am in Iceland and don’t even know if I can find Garbanzo flour!
    Thank you,

I know it’s 1.000 years after you guys posted this, but it’s MY first time watching, and I just had to write to tell you how adorable you are, Lori! And, though I’ve heard of socca, I’ve never tried it, but, after watching your video making and confessing your love for all things socca, I am totally on the bandwagon. You’ve convinced me enough to go bake up a batch tomorrow.
